Support Set CIC provides education, support, guidance and structured intervention services for adults. We support individuals, couples and groups to develop emotional awareness, healthier coping strategies, accountability, safer choices and improved relationship patterns.

Our Support

Support Set CIC provides structured support for adults through group programmes, one-to-one sessions, couples support, mentoring, workshops, psychoeducation and behaviour-change interventions. Our approach is supportive but accountable. We help people understand emotions, behaviour patterns, relationships, coping strategies and the impact of their choices.

Men’s Groups

Support Set CIC offers structured group support for men aged 18+ who want to better understand emotional regulation, behaviour patterns, relationship difficulties, conflict, accountability and safer decision-making. This may support participants to:

  • recognise triggers and behaviour cycles
  • understand thoughts, beliefs and emotional responses
  • develop healthier coping strategies
  • improve communication and relationship awareness
  • take accountability for actions and impact
  • explore boundaries, respect and safer choices
  • maintain positive long-term change

Women’s Groups

Support Set CIC offers structured group support for women aged 18+ focused on emotional wellbeing, confidence, boundaries, relationship patterns, communication, coping strategies and personal development. This may support participants to:

  • build emotional awareness
  • understand relationship and communication patterns
  • develop confidence and self-reflection
  • explore boundaries and healthy relationships
  • strengthen coping strategies
  • recognise patterns that affect wellbeing
  • support positive long-term change

1:1 Support

One-to-one support is available for adults who may benefit from a private and focused space to explore emotional wellbeing, behaviour patterns, relationship challenges, coping strategies and personal development. This may support participants to:

  • emotional regulation support
  • behaviour awareness work
  • psychoeducation
  • reflective discussion
  • accountability and personal responsibility work
  • goal setting and action planning
  • support with relationship and communication patterns
  • signposting to other services where needed

Couples Support

Support Set CIC may offer support for couples who want to improve communication, understand conflict patterns and build healthier relationship dynamics. This may support participants to:

  • communication and listening skills
  • understanding conflict patterns
  • emotional regulation within relationships
  • boundaries, respect and responsibility
  • rebuilding trust where appropriate
  • safer decision-making during conflict

Workshops

Support Set CIC can provide workshops for community organisations, charities, education settings, support services and partner agencies. Workshops can be delivered as one-off sessions, short courses or tailored awareness sessions. This may support participants to:

  • encouragement to engage with other services
  • support with motivation and personal development
  • signposting where needed

Psychoeducation

Psychoeducation is a key part of Support Set CIC’s approach. It helps people understand how emotions, thoughts, behaviour, relationships and coping strategies are connected. This may support participants to:

  • thoughts, beliefs and decision-making

Psychosexual Education and Behaviour Awareness

Where relevant, Support Set CIC provides psychosexual education and behaviour awareness work for adults. This support helps people better understand the connection between emotions, thoughts, arousal, relationships, boundaries, consent and behaviour. This may support participants to:

  • emotional and sexual triggers
  • boundaries, consent and respect
  • beliefs around entitlement, control and relationships
  • links between stress, emotion, arousal and behaviour
  • the impact of behaviour on others
  • safer coping strategies and decision-making
  • relapse prevention and long-term behaviour change
